These are very good - not as good as the gluten counterpart, but nonetheless, good. I like to keep these on hand so when we feel like having pizza at the last minute, I don't have to spend a couple of hours preparing the crust. Good job!

I love bamboo!!! It gorgeous, easy to clean, a renewable source and a pleasure to use . I bake bread almost daily and this peel has been a joy. The only improvement I can think of would be a rounded handle instead of a flat one.

I'm a pizzaholic and not ashamed to admit it :-) Although the fact that these were gluten-free was not of concern to me, I'm trying to eat healthier, and watch calories. I like these because they're a decent portion size for a big guy like me. (If I was trying to be good, I'd only eat half of one of these).

I wasn't clear on how many I was getting, so now I can tell you: I got 5 packages with 3 crusts in each package. I paid $12-something for them here on
Amazon, so for less than a buck each, it seems like a good deal. I think I need to refrigerate them when open (I put each one in a gallon-size freezer bag), but apparently the non-opened packages can sit in my pantry for quite some time. They're packaged with lots of those "stay-dry" packets that are often found in shoe boxes or other things that might not like moisture.

I've long admired those who can make home-made pizza dough, roll it out, and bake it to perfection. For me, that's too much work, and I lack the baking skills to make that happen. However, I like creating my own pizzas on a whim and pulling this out of the pantry and putting my own toppings on is VERY handy.

I'll try to update this review when I reorder to let you know whether I had any problems with the non-refrigerated ones staying mold-free.

I just found out two years ago that I have celiac disease and must eat gluten free. I live in a small town that is 3 hours from a big town, and there are not a lot of gluten free options available here. I thought I was just not going to be able to enjoy pizza anymore. Then I ate at a Picazzo's restaurant. They offer a gluten free pizza that is delicious, so I knew it could be done. I decided to look around on Amazon and found these pizza shells. The reviews were pretty good, so I ordered some. At the time, they were on sale and I got them for about $30. You have to buy 5 packs at a time (a total of 10 shells) from Amazon. I have made 4 pizzas using the shells, and I am now wondering if I should throw the rest away or give them to the food bank. First off, when you cut open the plastic bag the shells are packed in, you find that they smell very bad. I checked the ingredients to try and identify the odor. The shells contain pear juice. If you opened a can of pears, poured them out, and left the empty, unwashed can out in the sun for a day, you might match the smell, so maybe it comes from the pear juice. The smell is not as strong once the shells are cooked, but it is still there and an unpleasant taste goes with it. My bottom line recommendation is that, if you really want to try these shells, you buy one package somewhere else to try before you spring for 5 packages from Amazon. To answer my own question, are these better than no pizza at all? I would say no, they are not.

This pizza crust is delicious! Our whole family loves it!! We put cheese and toppings on them. My child who is allergic to everything just has toppings on his (no cheese), and he eats it all. We made personal pizzas out of the dough so everyone in our family could make their own special pizza to enjoy. Whenever we want to have pizza night...this is pizza crust mix we will use every time. We are thrilled to be able to eat pizza again in our house! Thank you Namaste!! I agree with the previous reviewer...I, also, make many small personal-size pizza crusts and store them in the freezer. When I need to make a quick lunch or dinner, I just pull them out, thaw them a bit, warm up the oven, add toppings, and cook for 10 min. or so in the oven. Nice.

I bought this because my 15 year old stone got broke... This stone is thinner and lower quality, but still suffices. Also it is a lot smaller in Diameter than my old stone.

You wont be disappointed by this product, and it came in under 3 days.

I do use this large stone, on the lowest rack of my oven, for baking bread, pizza, and cookies, ALWAYS on a sheet of parchment paper, no matter what I bake. I use parchment paper for baking any product with a large amount of flour. I keep the stone in my oven for all baking because, after the longer heat-up time, the temperature in my oven stays constant through every cycle of the electric element heating up and cooling down.
I saw on a PBS breads cooking show that parchment paper can be used on a stone in any hot oven, over the 420 degrees F of the Reynolds brand paper; up to 475-500 degrees F is what I saw. The paper can turn brown and black, get crisp, and still be in one piece. You throw away parchment paper after use every time anyway.

As 2 others said before me, I used this once, made 2 pizzas, picked up the peel an hour later and it cracked in half in my hands. Everything seemed fine before it cracked so I can only assume that it is not made to last.

The Bamboo Pizza Peel works great for up to two 2 lbs loaves of bread. Sprinkle with cornmeal, let bread rise and just slight onto baking sheet with a slight twist. Easy to clean.

Using this pizza cutter has made my pizza's not only look good but are less messy with a nice cut rather than pulling the cheese off the next piece with a semi-cut piece.
